You can block clients who violates your policies. Blocked clients will be identified by email address and will not be able to book appointments through your booking page.
⚠️ Important: Minup identifies blocked users based on their email address. It is possible that a blocked client might try to book an appointment with you using a different email address. If this happens, we recommend setting up manual approval of appointments.
Step by step guide:
- Go to your Admin page.
- Go to Clients.
- Choose the client you would like to block with the checkbox.
- Alternative option: You can also click on the customers name, and within the customer's page, you can click on the "Block" button.
- Click to the Block button.
- Click the Block button in the pop-up window.
- Save when you're done.
Alternative ways:
- Go to your Admin page.
- Go to Clients.
- Click on the Blocked section.
- Click on the Block client button at the top right corner.
- Type in the client name you would like to block
- Click to the Block button.
Unblock a customer:
- Go to your Admin page.
- Go to Clients.
- Click on the Blocked ssection.
- Choose the client you would like to unblock with the checkbox.
- Click to the Unblock button
ℹ️ Alternative option: You can also unblock customers by clicking on the "Blocked" field within the Clients menu, then click on the customer's name and selecting the "Unblock" button.
