You can manually edit passes that was manually assigned to the client or purchased online.
Step-by-step guide:
- Go to the Clients.
- Find the client whose pass details you want to edit.
- On the client’s profile, under the Passes section, you can see both active and inactive passes.
- For active passes, you can modify the following details:
- Remaining sessions
- Validity
- Click the Save button when you're done.
ℹ️ The client will not receive an email notification when the number of sessions is changed. They can track their remaining sessions in their registered Client Account. Learn more about the Client Account here.
