Clients who book through Minup can create their own guest accounts where they can view upcoming, past, and canceled appointments, and also have the option to update their personal and billing information. If the client is logged in to their guest account, their details will be automatically filled in during the booking process, making it faster and more convenient.
⚠️Important: Your clients don’t need a password to log in to their guest accounts. Instead, they receive a one-time login code sent to their registered email address each time they log in.
Option I: Registering directly from the Guest application
- Open the following page: https://guest.minup.io/login
- Click on Register.
- Enter your full name.
- Enter the email address.
- Accept the Privacy Policy, then click Continue.
- A one-time login code is sent to your email address.
- Enter the code and click Continue.
Option II: Registering during the booking process
- Choose the time slot you want to book.
- On the Personal Information page, click "Log in to my guest account".
- Click on "Register now".
- Enter your full name.
- Enter the email address.
- Accept the Privacy Policy, then click Continue.
- A one-time login code is sent to your email address.
- Enter the code and click Continue.
ℹ️ Note: Appointments will only appear in the guest account if the booking was made while logged in.
