Your clients can update their personal information in their Guest account.
Once the changes are made, the updated information will be used automatically for their next booking.
⚠️Important: Changes will not apply to past bookings.
Step-by step guide:
- Log into your Minup Guest account.
- Click on the Profile menu.
- In your profile, the following information can be updated:
- Account: Name, Phone number
- Billing: Billing name, Country, City, Street and house number, Postal code
- Language
- All changes are saved automatically.
