As a service provider, you can cancel an appointment in your Minup calendar. We will send an automated email about the changes to your client.
⚠️ Once you cancel an appointment, it will disappear from your calendar and can’t be restored.
ℹ️ If you don’t want people to cancel appointments last minute, you can set up in your Scheduling rules how much time before an appointment cancelation is not allowed.
Step-by-step guide:
- Go to your Calendar.
- Click on the appointment that you’d like to cancel.
- Click on the “Delete” button at the bottom of the editor.
- Optionally, you can add a message to your client explaining the reason for canceling. The “reason for deleting” message will appear in the cancelation email.
- Click on the “Delete” button. After canceling the appointment, we will send an automated email about the changes to your client.
