If you’re using Google Calendar, you can connect it with Minup to synchronize the events between the two calendars. You have two options for synchronization: One-way sync and Two-way sync.
⚠️ Google Calendar sync not working? Check out our Troubleshooting guide.
Two-way sync:
Events will automatically sync back-and-forth between your Minup and Google Calendar. Two-way sync is only available on the Pro plan. For example, if you have an event in your Google Calendar, it will show up in your Minup Calendar, so people won’t be able to book appointments for that time slot. Similarly, if somebody books an appointment with you on Minup, it will show up on your Google Calendar so you can look for the event there as well.
ℹ️ Note: You can edit events synced from your Google Calendar in your Google Calendar.
⚠️ Warning: Currently, you can only sync your default Google Calendar. You can’t select or add additional calendars yet.
⚠️ Warning: When you connect your Google Calendar for the first time, it can take a few minutes to sync all your events to your Minup Calendar, especially if you have many events.
- Go to your Admin page.
- Go to Google Calendar sync
- On the Two-way sync card, click on the “Continue with Google” button.
- After being redirected to Google’s sign in page, sign in to your account Google account.
- Select all options for accessing your Google account and click on the “Next” button.
- You’ve connected your Google Calendar.
- Refresh your Minup Admin page. After a few minutes, the events from your Google Calendar will show up in your Minup calendar.
One-way sync:
