You can add recurring appointments to your calendar, so your customers don't have to book their appointments repeatedly. When you schedule a recurring appointment for them, they will receive automatic email notifications before each appointment as usual.
Step-bystep guide:
- Go to your Calendar.
- Click on the “Create” button in the upper right corner or just click on the place in your Calendar where you want to add the event.
- Select Booked appointments
- Name the event. You can select from your existing services. (Required)
- Add the date and time of the event. (Required)
- Optionally, you can use the “All day” toggle button, you can make the event all day long.
- Use the “Repeat” toggle button to make repeat. This feature is particularly useful if you have regular clients who have fix appointments.
- Repetition frequency = You can customize when the appointment repeats. For full customisation, you can choose "Custom" option, and you can choose, if the appointment repeats at custom days/weeks.
- Repeat until = Date when the repetion ends
- Optionally, you can add a “Price” for the event. This price will be visible in the confirmation and reminder emails. It uses the currency you set up at your Profile.
- Optionally, you can add a Note on price, where you can clarify the price (For example: Free event).
- Optionally, you can add a “Break after” the event, so that you’ll have some time between appointments.
- Add the name of your client
- Add the email address of your client. For "Booked appointments," make sure to include your client's email address. This ensures that confirmation emails and reminders are sent directly to them.
- Optionally, you can add your client’s phone number
- Optionally, you can add different notes to the event
- Note to client = This message will be sent to your client as part of the confirmation email.
- Note to self = These notes are only visible to you. Your client can’t see them.
- Once you’re done editing, click on the “Save” button in the bottom right corner. (Required)
