I’ve added my services to my booking page, but they are not visible. The reason for not displaying the service on the booking page can be different for 1-on-1 services and group services.
1-on-1 services:
Service is deactivated
It can happen that your 1-on-1 service got deactivated either because your Pro or Business subscription expired or you’ve previously deactivated it. In this case, the service is grayed out in your service list. To fix the issue, all you need to do is activating the service.
- Go to your Admin page.
- Go to Services.
- Click on the three dots (⋮) in the upper right corner of the service.
- Click on “Activate” toggle in the menu.
Group services:
Option A: No upcoming date and time
Group services only appear on your booking page if they have upcoming occurrences. If you haven’t added any occurrences yet or your occurrences expired, you have to add new ones.
- Go to your Admin page.
- Go to Services.
- Click on the “Edit” button on the group service where you’d like to add occurrences.
- In the date and time section, click on the “Add occurrence” button.
- Select “One-time” or “Repeating” occurrence. Read more about adding occurrences to group services.
- One-time = The event only happens once (e.g. Workhop on the weekend)
- Repeating = The event happens every week (e.g. Yoga class every Monday)
- Once you’re done with editing, click on the “Add” button.
- Save your changes.
Option B: Service is deactivated
It can happen that your group service got deactivated either because your Business subscription expired or you’ve previously deactivated it. In this case, the service is grayed out in your service list. To fix the issue, all you need to do is activating the service.
- Go to your Admin page.
- Go to Services.
- Click on the three dots (⋮) in the upper right corner of the service.
- Click on “Activate” toggle in the menu.
