You have the option to set up an additional reminder in Minup, and you can also customize it to be sent to your client a specific number of hours or days before the appointment starts.
ℹ️ Extra reminders are included in the Minup Business plan. Learn more about the Minup Business plan. A maximum of 2 reminder emails can be added per service.
Step-by step guide:
- Go to Admin page.
- Go to Services.
- Click on the “Edit” button on the service where you’d like to set additional reminder.
- In the Reminders section, select Add a second reminder.
- Set how many days or hours before the appointment the reminder should be sent to the client for that specific service.
- Once you're done editing, click Save.
- Optional: You can customize the second reminder email template in the Email templates section. Learn more.
ℹ️ You can also use these same steps to change the timing of the first reminder for your services.
