For each of your services, you can decide when they are available. By default, appointments can be scheduled for your 1-on-1 services according to your working hours. You can override your default working hours for a specific service using âCustom working hoursâ or âSpecific dates and timesâ.
â ď¸ Your scheduling rules apply to all your services. If the date and time of your services are outside of your scheduling rules, the time slots wonât be visible on your booking page.
Default working hours:
If you have fixed weekly working hours and all your services can be booked accordingly, edit your working hours and leave the available dates and times set to default working hours.
Custom working hours:
If your 1-on-1 service has a weekly or bi-weekly schedule that is different from your default working hours then use Custom working hours. For example, by default, you work from Monday to Friday, but there is a specific service that you can only offer on Mondays. In this case, you can select âCustom working hoursâ for this service and mark only Monday as available. Your clients will be able to book all your services from Monday to Friday, except for this service, which they can only book on Mondays.
- Go to your Admin page.
- Go to Services.
- Click on the âEditâ button on the 1-on-1 service where youâd like to change the available dates and times.
- In the âAvailable dates and timesâ section, select âCustom working hoursâ to override your default working hours for this service.
- Once youâre done with editing, click on the âSaveâ button.
Specific dates and times:
If your 1-on-1 service is only available on particular days and time intervals then use Specific dates and times. If you offer your service sporadically then you can add time slots one-by-one using the âOne-timeâ option. If you offer your service every week on certain days then you can add time-slots using the âRepeatingâ option.
âšď¸ At the moment, 1-on-1 services cannot span over multiple days. If you'd like to provide a multi-day service, use the Group services.
One-time event:
- Go to your Admin page.
- Go to Services.
- Click on the âEditâ button on the 1-on-1 service where youâd like to change the available dates and times.
- In the âAvailable dates and timesâ section, select âSpecific dates and timesâ.
- Click on the âAdd time slotâ button.
- Select âOne-timeâ event.
- Enter the date of the event.
- Enter the starting time (From time) and ending time (To time). Based on the duration of your service, the system will automatically offer available time slots in this time interval.
- Click on the âAddâ button.
- Save the service when youâre done with editing.
Repeating event:
- Go to your Admin page.
- Go to Services.
- Click on the âEditâ button on the 1-on-1 service where youâd like to change the available dates and times.
- In the âAvailable dates and timesâ section, select âSpecific dates and timesâ.
- Click on the âAdd time slotâ button.
- Select âRepeatingâ event.
- Enter the date of the event.
- Enter the starting time (From time) and ending time (To time). Based on the duration of your service, the system will automatically offer available time slots in this time interval.
- Decide how long the repetition should last (Repeat until)
- This date: The repetition will end on a certain date
- Occurrences: The repetition will end after this many occurrences
- This date: The repetition will end on a certain date
- Occurrences: The repetition will end after this many occurrences
- Decide on the days when the service is available (Repeat on)
- Click on the âAddâ button.
- Save the service when youâre done with editing.
