How to change the increments in which available time slots appear on my booking page.

By default, the available time slots on your booking page follow each other based on the duration of the service. For example, for a 1.5-hour service, time slots will appear every 1.5 hours (e.g., 09:00, 10:30, 12:00, etc.) If you want to provide more options for your clients to choose from, you can select “Custom time increments” in the service editor. For example, for a 1.5-hour service, you can set the time slots to appear every hour (e.g., 09:00, 10:00, 11:00, etc.). In this case, your clients will have more flexibility to choose, but you may receive fewer appointments per day. For example, if a client books a 1.5-hour service at 10:00, you'll only have 1 hour left between 09:00-10:00. Therefore you won’t have time for another 1.5 hour appointment between 09:00 and 10:00, only services with shorter durations.

Step-by-step guide

1. Go to your Admin page.
2. Go to Services.
3. Click on the “Edit” button on the 1-on-1 service where you’d like change the time increments.
4. In the “Time increments” section, select the “Custom time increments” options.
5. Enter the time increment as a number, and you can select either hours or minutes as units.
6. Save the service when you’re done.
