To update the details of a participant who has booked a group service, you have to open the occurrence of the group service which they booked, and make changes there. You can edit the participant’s name, email and phone number.
Step-by-step guide:
- Go to your Admin page.
- Go to Settings > Services
- Open your Calendar
- Click on the occurrence where you want to edit a participant.
- Click on the participant you want to edit.
- In the grey box of the participant, you can edit the following information:
- Name
- Phone number
- Booked seats
- Click on the small “Save” button the grey box of the participant.
- Click on the large blue “Save” button in the footer of the occurrence.
