You have the option to enable a waitlist for your group services. This allows your clients to join the waitlist for a specific event and receive an email notification if a spot becomes available.
Clients on the waitlist will receive two emails: one when they sign up, and another if a spot opens up for the selected event.
Step-by step guide:
- Go to Admin page.
- Go to Services.
- Click on the “Edit” button on the service where you’d like to set up the waitlist.
- In the "Waitlist" section, click on the "Enable waitlist" toggle.
- Choose how you would like to notify clients on the waitlist when a spot becomes available:
- Notify in order: Clients will be notified about available seats every 15 minutes in the order they joined the waitlist.
- First come, first served: If a seat becomes available, all clients on the waiting list are notified at the same time, and the first one to book gets the seat.
