Basic settings:
- 🖼 Add profile picture and bio to your booking page.
- 🎨 Customize your booking page by selecting a theme, cover picture, and thumbnail.
- 🕗 Set up your working hours so that your clients know when they can book appointments with you.
- 💼 Add your services and set up when they are available.
- For 1-on-1 services, it's usually enough to set up your working hours, unless you have a tricky schedule. To learn more about this, read below the "tricky working hours" section.
- For Group services, you need to manually add the time slots. But don't worry, you can add time slots in a bulk by selecting the "repeating" option.
- ☝️ Set up your scheduling rules so that you can be in total control of online booking.
- 📅 Add your existing appointments to your calendar.
Tricky working hours
We know that working hours can often be unpredictable. Whether it's an unexpected event, a cancellation, or simply wanting more control over your schedule, Minup has a solution for every problem.
✨ Custom working hours
Do you have a fix weekly schedule, but your availability can vary from service to service? For example, you offer one service only on Monday, but another only on Tuesday. Then you should set up custom working hours for your services.
🎯 Specific dates and times
Do you have services that are only available on certain days? You can enter these dates by setting your service's availability to "Specific dates and times". If your service is available on certain days each week, then you can make the appointment recurring by clicking on the "Repeating" option.
🕑 Custom time increments
By default, the time slots on your booking page are back-to-back based on the service duration. To change this, like setting appointments to start every hour, select 'Custom time increments' in the service editor.
🌓 Even / odd weeks
Do you have different working hours on even and odd weeks? You can easily set up your working hours for even and odd weeks separately.
✏️ Date overrides
Even if you work a fixed schedule, you may need to change your opening hours on certain days. You can use the date override feature to override your default working hours on certain days.
