As a KATA entrepreneur, you can only sell products or services to individuals and issue invoices to them. It’s crucial not to invoice companies, as doing so result in losing your KATA preferential tax status.
If your Minup account is connected to the Számlázz.hu or Billingo invoicing software, you have the option to disable invoicing for companies. Follow these steps to manage this setting:
If your account is not yet connected:
- When setting up the connection, the system enables invoicing for companies by default.
- If you wish to disable this feature, use the "Enable invoicing for companies" toggle and switch it to the off position.
- Once done, proceed with the connection setup.
If your account is already connected:
- Go to the invoicing settings in your account.
- Find the "Enable invoicing for companies" toggle.
- Turn off the feature to disable company invoicing.
What happens when you disable invoicing for companies?
- Your booking page will no longer display the option for clients to book as a company and request an invoice.
- On the admin interface, the option to issue invoices to companies will also be disabled.
