You can connect your Minup account with your Számlázz.hu account, allowing you to issue invoices for paid appointments with just one click.
⚠️To issue invoices, you will need to use the Invoice Agent within Számlázz.hu. The Invoice Agent is a usage-based add-on service, not available as part of a subscription plan and not included in any service packages. For more information, click here.
ℹ️ E-invoices can only be issued with paid Számlázz.hu plans, starting from the "Start" plan and above. In the free plan, you can only create paper-based invoices. For details about the features included in each plan and pricing, click here.

Go to the Payments menu.

In the Invoicing Settings section, click the "Get Started" button.

In the Számlázz.hu section, click the "Connect" button.

In the next window, you will be informed that Számlázz.hu may charge additional fees based on the number of invoices issued. To view the latest price list, click here.

Click the Next button.

Log in to your Számlázz.hu account.

On the Dashboard page, scroll down to the Invoice Agent Keys section.

Click the key icon to create a new key.

Copy the key.

Paste the key into the Invoice Agent Key field in Minup.

Click the Verify button.

After successful verification, fill in the following details:

Issuing and Sending Invoices
- Go to the Calendar menu.
- In your calendar, locate the appointment for which you want to issue an invoice.
- At the top of the popup window, click the Create Invoice button.
- Check the details under Invoice issuer. If you want to edit them, click the Modify Data button. Then, press Edit in Billingo to make the changes.
- Verify your client’s details. If you’re invoicing a company, check the Invoice as a company option.
- Select the payment method.
- Ensure that the dates under Payment Deadline and Performance Date are correct.
- Check the invoice items. To edit or remove an item, click the pencil or delete icon.
- To add an item other than the booked service, click New Item and enter the necessary details.
- Click the Issue and Send button.
